ATC pays commissions twice monthly via direct deposit. You must be signed up for direct deposit with a personal checking or savings account. You’ll find the sign up form under the Bulletins.
Commission Payout Schedule
All monies received from suppliers between the 1st and the 15th of each month will be deposited into your account on the 20th. All monies received from suppliers between the 16th to the 31st of each month will be deposited on the 5th of the next month.
You can follow along to watch the status of your commission in your back office, Grasp Agent. Grasp Agent will track your sales, your commissions, and your monies in house to be paid out on the next payout. Please check your portal before contacting ATC to see what you can expect on your next deposit, as well as the statement for the deposit made.
Note: IF ATC receives commission from a supplier, and we do not have a booking form on file to claim or match to the commission being paid, it will go into an unknown agent file. NO commission will be paid out without a booking form match. Also, note that most suppliers make electronic deposits into our bank, so a very short statement is presented. This may only include a booking number, or may only include a name. It is very important that all boxes be filled out completely on your booking forms to receive the proper commission credit.
Most common reasons that commissions do not post properly to the correct agent are due to the booking form arriving AFTER the commission has al- ready been paid, the agent isn’t signed up for direct deposit, or the booking form wasn’t filled our correctly with proper name and booking number.
Booking forms should be submitted at first deposit. Most cruise suppliers pay commission at time of final payment, while most land operators pay post travel.
Group bookings will always pay post travel. Any Tour Conductor credits earned on group bookings are paid to the agent at 100%. Questions on Tour Conductor credits, contact us.
